In partnership with The Frederic A. DeLuca Foundation, OIC of South Florida is delighted to provide vocational skills training and a variety of support services to 50 economically disadvantaged women within Broward County.
The Women Workforce Empowerment Program is designed to meet the needs of the career-inspired, unemployed or underemployed women who want to further their careers and break the chains of generational poverty.

- General Construction & Safety
- Information Technology
Eligibility Requirements
- Broward County residents 17 years or older
- Currently unemployed or underemployed
- GED or High School Diploma (not required to start)
- At risk women to (desired):
- Homeless
- Domestic Violence
- Family Violence
- Behavioral Health
