Through contractual agreements with local businesses, counties and municipalities, we provide a talent pipeline that fills a short- or long-term staffing need for our partners, while simultaneously creating opportunities for individuals to gain transitional employment, work experience and expanded training under the direct supervision of our team of workforce development professionals.
