OIC of South Florida’s Workforce Development division provides demand-driven, integrated, and customizable workforce development services to individuals aged 17 and older. In alignment with our mission, we improve our client’s basic academic skills and provide them industry-recognized vocational training to create a personalized career pathway. By cultivating working relationships with our community partners, we connect our clients and program graduates to ideal career opportunities.
