YouthBuild

Serves 100 disengaged/drop-out students (16 -24 years of age) within Broward County. In an alter­native high school setting, this “earn while you learn” program provides students with on-the-Job training in construction, while obtaining a high school diploma and industry-recognized Construction certification. Additionally, students receive hands-on experience (in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Broward) and job placement assistance.

YouthForce

Serving 75 middle school aged youth throughout Broward County annually. The Youth FORCE ini­tiative is designed to promote friendship, provide opportunities and resources, encourage community involvement and support education. The program includes academic support, case management, career exploration, and youth development activities.
